1. What kind of gear do you make?
We craft outdoor-inspired apparel built for adventure — from graphic t-shirts and cozy hoodies to rugged pants made for exploring trails, campsites, and everywhere in between.
2. How long will my order take to arrive?
Each piece is made to order, so we take a little extra time to get it just right. Most orders arrive within 7–12 days, depending on your location and the production site that fulfills it.
Once your order ships, you’ll get a tracking link so you can follow your gear’s journey to your doorstep.
3. What’s your return and exchange policy?
We stand by the quality of our gear, but sometimes things happen along the trail.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

Your item arrives with operational damage from the printing process, or

It’s damaged during delivery.
Conditions:

Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be in original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags intact.

We may ask for photos of the damage before approving a return or exchange.

4. What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Since every item is made to order, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for size changes or change of mind. Be sure to check our sizing chart before ordering — it’s your best trail map to a perfect fit.
5. How do I track my order?
When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can keep an eye on its progress as it heads your way.
6. Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Absolutely. We ship worldwide — just note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs process.
